1. Delivery Information and Refund Policy

When you submit a prayer request through our website, your prayer will be hand-delivered to the exact location you choose from our list of holy sites. A dedicated member of our community will deliver your prayer within 3-4 days and pray at the location you have selected. As confirmation of your prayer delivery, you will receive photos of your written prayer placed at the specified location.

2. Refund Policy

To request a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 30 days of placing your order. If your refund request is made within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund, minus any payment processing fees incurred. 

3. Non-Refundable Services

Our services become non-refundable after 30 days from the date of delivery of your prayer to the chosen holy location. If you do not request a refund within 30 days of the delivery, all payments will be considered final, and no refunds will be issued unless there was a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon service.

4. Amendments to Requests
   If you wish to amend your prayer request (such as changing the location or text of the prayer), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes will be implemented.
5. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and the applicable legal standards in Israel.
